The story of APOC Science® is one of inspiration and perseverance that started in a hospital bed in 2018 when founder, Octavian Dixon Ritchie, was given an incurable quadriplegia diagnosis after a life-changing accident.

Rather than accept the bleak future he was told awaited him, he committed to leaving no stone unturned in a quest to get back to full health. He quickly started researching forms of alternative treatment, which included turning to his personal love of pharmacology in the hope he could find the answer himself.

With powerful synthetic drugs playing havoc with his organs and nerve function, he started researching naturally sourced, clinically proven bioactive ingredients to unlock the body’s natural healing mechanisms.

With the help of some friends, he got to work approaching suppliers for samples, added some extra ingredients to increase absorption and bioavailability, and the rest, as they say, is history. He had succeeded in creating a range of supplements that would ultimately play a huge role in his pursuit to regain the capability he had lost.
